Pass\u00e9 ce temps, laissez-les refroidir puis \u00e9pluchez-les et coupez-les en rondelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rincez le persil sous un filet d&rsquo;eau froide, puis ciselez-le. Coupez l&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de la ciboule, rincez-la puis ciselez-la \u00e9galement. Coupez le saucisson \u00e0 l&rsquo;ail en tranches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disposez l&rsquo;ensemble des ingr\u00e9dients dans un saladier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langez la moutarde, le vinaigre et l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une fourchette. Versez la vinaigrette dans le saladier.
