Pelez l&rsquo;oignon et \u00e9mincez-le, d\u00e9taillez les gousses d&rsquo;ail sans les pelez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beurrez un moule allant au four. R\u00e9partissez les pommes de terre et l&rsquo;oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9 au fond du plat. Salez, poivrez et assaisonnez de thym.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salez et poivrez le gigot d&rsquo;agneau, huilez-le sur toutes la surface et disposez-le sur le lit de pommes de terre. Parsemez de thym, ajoutez les gousses d&rsquo;ail et les feuilles de laurier. Ajoutez l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent d&rsquo;un verre d&rsquo;eau au fond du plat, puis enfournez pour 40 \u00e0 50 minutes de cuisson, selon que vous souhaitiez qu&rsquo;il soit saignant ou ros\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la sortie du four, couvrez d&rsquo;une feuille de papier aluminium et laissez reposer 15 minutes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&rsquo;agneau, symbole de puret\u00e9 et d&rsquo;innocence, tient une place important au sein de la religion Chr\u00e9tienne.
