Quatre ann\u00e9es plus tard, Gaston Bentata d\u00e9bute leur commercialisation sur un \u00e9tal des Halles de la ville de S\u00e8te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le succ\u00e8s est au rendez-vous, si bien qu&rsquo;il fonde son entreprise \u00ab\u00a0La Belle Epoque\u00a0\u00bb en 1994. Et c&rsquo;est sous l&rsquo;influence de ses clients qu&rsquo;il renomme ses fameux biscuits \u00e0 la forme \u00e9quivoque \u00ab\u00a0Z\u00e9zettes de S\u00e8te\u00a0\u00bb et en d\u00e9pose la marque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aujourd&rsquo;hui, je vous propose d&rsquo;en d\u00e9couvrir la recette. Incorporez petit \u00e0 petit la farine et l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une spatule, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention d&rsquo;une p\u00e2te. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Travaillez cette p\u00e2te quelque minute \u00e0 la main jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention d&rsquo;une texture lisse et homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9levez un morceau de p\u00e2te de la taille d&rsquo;une noix puis roulez-le sur votre plan de travail pour former un boudin. Etirez-en les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles deviennent pointues.
