Pas vous?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et pour changer un peu de la dinde ou du poulet, je vous propose aujourd&rsquo;hui de travailler le lapin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les pr\u00e9parations sucr\u00e9es\/sal\u00e9es lui conviennent parfaitement et notamment avec le pruneau. Agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 de quelques tranches de poitrine fum\u00e9e, ces petites brochettes sont un pur r\u00e9gal!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et si le barbecue n&rsquo;est pas encore de sortie, optez pour la plancha! Enroulez chaque cube dans une tranche de poitrine fum\u00e9e. Pelez l&rsquo;oignon et coupez-le en 4, d\u00e9taillez-en les pellicules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Composez les brochettes en alternant les cubes de lapin lard\u00e9s, les tranches d&rsquo;oignon et les pruneaux. Enduisez-les brochettes d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, poivrez g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement et parsemez de thym. Ne salez pas, le lard \u00e9tant d\u00e9j\u00e0 suffisamment sal\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faites cuire les brochettes entre 10-12 minutes au barbecue ou 15 minutes \u00e0 la plancha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous pouvez \u00e9galement faire cuire ces brochettes tout simplement \u00e0 la po\u00eale.
