Lavez le citron, et coupez-le en fines rondelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Placez une couche de harengs dans un plat creux, recouvrez de lamelles de citron, de carotte et d\u2019oignon, poivrez, ajoutez les herbes et arrosez une premi\u00e8re fois d\u2019huile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recouvrez avec le reste de harengs, ajoutez le reste des ingr\u00e9dients, et arrosez d\u2019huile d\u2019olive.
