Qualifi\u00e9e de halophyte, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une plante particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9e  aux environnements salins que l&rsquo;on retrouve donc sur les c\u00f4tes ou les marais salants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien qu&rsquo;elles puissent se d\u00e9guster dans son plus simple appareil, comme des haricots verts saut\u00e9s, on les retrouve plus facilement en pots, confites dans du vinaigre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&rsquo;est cette derni\u00e8re pr\u00e9paration que j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 pour agr\u00e9menter cette recette de rillettes de thon, afin de lui donner un peu de \u00ab\u00a0punch\u00a0\u00bb et sortir des sentiers battus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Id\u00e9ale pour un ap\u00e9ritif d\u00eenatoire, elles se d\u00e9gustent simplement \u00e9tal\u00e9es sur de belles tranches de pain grill\u00e9es.
