La saveur douce et ronde du ch\u00e8vre s&rsquo;allie divinement avec la sucrosit\u00e9 de la courgette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour cette recette, veillez \u00e0 coupez vos courgettes en rondelles tr\u00e8s fines, sinon elles risqueraient de d\u00e9tremper la p\u00e2te. L&rsquo;id\u00e9al reste d&rsquo;utiliser une mandoline afin d&rsquo;obtenir de belles rondelles r\u00e9guli\u00e8res. Poivrez g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e9taillez les courgettes en fines rondelles \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une mandoline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Etalez la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e sur votre plan de travail. Farinez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement une plaque \u00e0 pizza (plaque perfor\u00e9e). Disposez la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e directement sur la plaque sans papier sulfuris\u00e9. Piquez-la \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une fourchette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Etalez la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 base de ch\u00e8vre sur la p\u00e2te en prenant soin de laisser un rebord d&rsquo;environ 1cm sans garniture. Parsemez d&rsquo;herbes de Provence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disposez les tranches de courgette par-dessus, en formant un joli motif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Badigeonnez les courgettes d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, parsemez d&rsquo;herbes de Provence et de pignons de pin. Enfournez pour 25 minutes de cuisson. La p\u00e2te doit \u00eatre joliment dor\u00e9e.
