Elle sera cr\u00e9\u00e9e en l&rsquo;honneur d&rsquo;H\u00e9l\u00e8ne de Mont\u00e9n\u00e9gro, \u00e9pouse du Prince de Naples, Victor Emmanuel III. Lui-m\u00eame \u00e9tant le fils de la reine Marguerite de Savoie, pour laquelle le pizzaiolo avait imagin\u00e9 la pizza du m\u00eame nom en juin 1889.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que la Margherita reste la plus populaire, la Reine est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un incontournable dans le monde entier. Egouttez la mozzarella puis coupez-la en fines tranches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Etalez votre p\u00e2te \u00e0 pizza et disposez-la sur une plaque de cuisson pr\u00e9alablement farin\u00e9e (je vous conseille vivement d&rsquo;investir dans un plaque perfor\u00e9e qui rendra la cuisson plus homog\u00e8ne).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Garnissez-la de coulis de tomate en veillant \u00e0 laisser environ 1 cm de bord libre. Poivrez et saupoudrez d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;origan. R\u00e9partissez les champignons de Paris et la mozzarella. Saupoudrez de nouveau d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;origan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfournez pour 5 \u00e0 10 minutes de cuisson (cela d\u00e9pendra de votre four et de l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur de votre p\u00e2te \u00e0 pizza. Chez nous, on la pr\u00e9f\u00e8re assez fine).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la sortie du four, ajoutez le jambon et quelques pousses de roquettes.
