Moelleux, parfum\u00e9, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement caram\u00e9lis\u00e9\u2026 Ce cake d\u2019origine am\u00e9ricaine a conquis les cuisines du monde entier. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et pour cause : il est simple, rapide et toujours d\u00e9licieux. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, je te d\u00e9voile ma version pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e, un banana bread ultra moelleux, id\u00e9al pour le petit-d\u00e9jeuner, le go\u00fbter ou un brunch improvis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temps de pr\u00e9paration: 10 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temps de cuisson: 45 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients (Pour 8\/10 personnes):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300 g de farine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>180 g de sucre en poudre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>120 g de beurre doux<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 bananes bien m\u00fbres<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 gousse de vanille<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sachet de levure chimique<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Recette:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 180 \u00b0C. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites fondre le beurre dans une petite casserole. Coupez la gousse de vanille en deux et pr\u00e9levez-en l&rsquo;extrait que vous d\u00e9poserez dans une jatte. Ajoutez les \u0153ufs et le beurre fondu et m\u00e9langez. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Epluchez trois bananes puis \u00e9crasez-les \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une fourchette et incorporez-les \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une seconde jatte, m\u00e9langez la farine, le sucre et la poudre \u00e0 lever. Incorporez la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 base de banane \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une spatule jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention d&rsquo;une p\u00e2te lisse et homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chemisez un moule \u00e0 cake de papier cuisson et versez la p\u00e2te \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coupez la banane restante en 2 dans le sens de la longueur. Placez-la sur le dessus de la p\u00e2te, en quinconce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfournez pour 40 minutes de cuisson.
