Concassez les baies roses. Lavez et s\u00e9chez le citron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disposez une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9 sur une plaque allant au four et huilez-la \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un pinceau de cuisine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coupez les quenelles en rondelles de 1 cm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur, et disposez-les sur la plaque. Enfournez pour 10 minutes de cuisson. Pass\u00e9 ce temps, sortez-les du four et laissez-les refroidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remplissez une poche \u00e0 douille de tarama et pochez-le sur les toasts de quenelle. Parsemez de quelques brins d&rsquo;aneth, de baies roses et de zestes de citron.
