Alors on l&rsquo;agr\u00e9mente des produits de saison: grenade, avocat, quelques brins d&rsquo;aneth et une marinade citronn\u00e9e. De quoi r\u00e9veillez les papilles avec panache!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un petit conseil: dans la mesure o\u00f9 vous le d\u00e9gusterez cru, optez pour un poisson de belle qualit\u00e9, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence bio ou \u00ab\u00a0Label Rouge\u00a0\u00bb. Salez, poivrez et recouvrez le saladier de film alimentaire. Placez au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur durant une heure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pass\u00e9 ce temps, lavez, s\u00e9chez et ciselez l&rsquo;aneth. Couper l&rsquo;avocat en deux, d\u00e9noyautez-le, puis d\u00e9taillez la chair en cubes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sortez le saumon du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur, ajoutez l&rsquo;avocat, la grenade et l&rsquo;aneth cisel\u00e9e. M\u00e9langez bien.
