Disposez les bouquets dans le bol de votre robot de cuisine et mixez-les.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavez, \u00e9p\u00e9pinez et coupez le concombre et le poivron en petits d\u00e9s. Pelez et \u00e9mincez l&rsquo;oignon blanc. Rincez le persil sous un filet d&rsquo;eau froide, s\u00e9chez-le et ciselez-le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9unissez tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans un saladier et r\u00e9servez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pressez le jus du citron dans le saladier puis ajoutez l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Assaisonnez de poivre et de fleur de sel. M\u00e9langez puis entreposez au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur une heure minimum.
