Rincez les tomates cerises sous un filet d&rsquo;eau froide puis coupez-les en deux. Lavez la menthe et s\u00e9chez-la sur du papier absorbant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e9taillez la feta en cubes. Pelez et \u00e9mincez l&rsquo;oignon rouge en fines rondelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un saladier, r\u00e9unissez la past\u00e8que, les tomates cerise, la feta, l&rsquo;oignon et la menthe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajoutez le vinaigre balsamique, arrosez d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, puis assaisonnez de poivre et de fleur de sel et m\u00e9langez.
