Laissez refroidir, puis ajoutez les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs, un \u00e0 un. Battez les blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs en neige ferme, puis incorporez-les \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration au chocolat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disposez la g\u00e9latine dans un bol d&rsquo;eau froide afin de la ramollir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Versez la cr\u00e8me de marron dans une casserole et mettez \u00e0 chauffez. Lorsque la cr\u00e8me de marron est chaude, \u00f4tez la casserole du feu et ajoutez la g\u00e9latine pr\u00e9alablement essor\u00e9e entre vos mains. M\u00e9langez bien et laissez refroidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans une jatte, montez la cr\u00e8me fleurette en chantilly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incorporez la cr\u00e8me chantilly \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me de marron \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une maryse. Ajoutez \u00e9ventuellement quelques \u00e9clats de marrons glac\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Passez au montage de la charlotte: Disposez un rond de papier sulfuris\u00e9 au fond de votre moule \u00e0 charlotte. Disposez ensuite vos biscuits \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8res sur le pourtour de votre moule. Versez-y la moiti\u00e9 de la mousse \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me de marron (conservez l&rsquo;autre moiti\u00e9 pour la d\u00e9coration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recouvrez ensuite de mousse au chocolat.
