Coupez le beurre en petits d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une casserole, portez la cr\u00e8me \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Versez la cr\u00e8me chaude sur le chocolat et m\u00e9langez \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un fouet. Incorporez aussit\u00f4t le beurre et m\u00e9langez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention d&rsquo;une pr\u00e9paration lisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recouvrez d&rsquo;un film alimentaire et entreposez 2 heures minimum au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque le chocolat a bien refroidi et qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;est solidifi\u00e9, sortez-le du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9levez un peu de p\u00e2te \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une petite cuill\u00e8re.
