Ces derniers pr\u00e9servent les langues ainsi que les traditions locales des autochtones. Ciselez finement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9taillez le cabillaud en d\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un couteau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langez le poisson, la citronnelle et la coriandre. Salez, poivrez, arrosez avec l\u2019huile de p\u00e9pin de raison et 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de jus de fruit de la passion. M\u00e9langez, laissez mariner 10 min au frais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disposez les coques de fruits sur un plat de service et r\u00e9partissez le tartare de cabillaud.
