Il est inutile de casser votre porte monnaie avec l&rsquo;achat d&rsquo;un truffe enti\u00e8re. D\u00e9posez-y les pommes de terre et laissez cuire durant 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pass\u00e9 ce temps, \u00e9gouttez les pommes de terre et d\u00e9posez-les dans un saladier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez les deux huiles et les brisures de truffe noire puis \u00e9crasez les pommes de terre \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une fourchette.
