R\u00e9servez la sauce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9pluchez le c\u00e9leri rave, puis r\u00e2pez-le finement. Pressez le demi-citron et&nbsp;m\u00e9langez son jus au c\u00e9leri r\u00e2p\u00e9. Cette op\u00e9ration permettra d\u2019\u00e9viter l\u2019oxydation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon la taille du c\u00e9leri, incorporez tout ou partie de la&nbsp;mayonnaise au curry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cassez les pinces de tourteau et pr\u00e9levez-en la chair. Lavez, s\u00e9chez et cisel\u00e9 le persil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dressez la r\u00e9moulade de c\u00e9leri au curry dans vos assiettes de service, \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un emporte-pi\u00e8ce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9posez la chair de tourteau, puis saupoudrez avec le reste de curry en poudre et le persil pr\u00e9alablement cisel\u00e9.
