Et un r\u00e9gal \u00e0 l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e! Le plat id\u00e9al pour les d\u00eeners \u00e0 l&rsquo;improviste!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, nous avons toujours tendance \u00e0 trop cuire la viande de porc. Certainement en raison de la maladie qu&rsquo;elle peut transmettre, \u00e0 savoir, la trichinose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Etant ici pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il est tr\u00e8s peu probable d&rsquo;\u00eatre contamin\u00e9 \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 le traitement r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux \u00e9levages porcins de nos jours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En saisissant la viande et en maintenant une cuisson mod\u00e9r\u00e9e quelques minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires, vous conserverez ainsi tout son moelleux. Salez, poivrez et r\u00e9servez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites fondre le beurre dans une po\u00eale, sur feu vif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsqu&rsquo;il devient noisette, faites revenir les tranches de filet mignon durant 5 minutes, sur chaque face, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient bien dor\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Baissez le feu, puis ajoutez le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 base de cr\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Grattez\u00a0\u00bb les sucs de la viande \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une spatule afin de bien les incorporer \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me et laisser revenir deux minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parsemez de thym pr\u00e9alablement lav\u00e9 et s\u00e9ch\u00e9.
