C&rsquo;est donc la saison id\u00e9ale pour la consommer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A l&rsquo;inverse du thon rouge, la bonite&nbsp;n&rsquo;est pas en voie d&rsquo;extinction et peut donc \u00eatre p\u00each\u00e9e sans probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Au niveau culinaire, si son nom vous dit quelque chose, ce n&rsquo;est pas sans raison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, la bonite est utilis\u00e9e dans la pr\u00e9paration du&nbsp;tr\u00e8s c\u00e9l\u00e8bre Dashi, ce bouillon japonais servant de base aux fameux Ramen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour autant, la&nbsp;chair de la bonite, ferme et fondante \u00e0 la fois, en fait \u00e9galement le poisson id\u00e9al pour la r\u00e9alisation de pr\u00e9paration crue telle que ce tartare aux c\u00e2pres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"427\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/entrelapoireetlefromage.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Tartare-de-Bonite-a-la-Fleur-de-Capre-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16365\" srcset=\"https:\/\/entrelapoireetlefromage.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Tartare-de-Bonite-a-la-Fleur-de-Capre-1.png 427w, https:\/\/entrelapoireetlefromage.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Tartare-de-Bonite-a-la-Fleur-de-Capre-1-200x300.png 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 427px) 100vw, 427px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temps de pr\u00e9paration: 20 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients: (Pour 4 personnes)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>650 g de\u00a0bonite \u00e0 dos ray\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 oignons nouveaux<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c \u00e0 s de fleurs de c\u00e2pres au vinaigre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c \u00e0 s de moutarde de Dijon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c \u00e0 s de citron vert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>quelques brins de ciboulette<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tabasco<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sel, poivre noir <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taillez le thon en d\u00e9s et r\u00e9servez. \u00c9pluchez puis \u00e9mincez finement les oignons nouveaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9taillez les fleurs de c\u00e2pres en fines rondelles. Puis d\u00e9posez l&rsquo;ensemble dans un saladier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez le thon, la moutarde et quelques gouttes de tabasco (au go\u00fbt de chacun).
