Le tout arros\u00e9 d&rsquo;un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et assaisonn\u00e9 d&rsquo;origan et de fleur de sel. Un vrai d\u00e9lice!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette salade a d&rsquo;ailleurs fait le tour du monde, notamment pour son caract\u00e8re di\u00e9t\u00e9tique. Elle entre dans la composition du fameux \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9gime m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9gime cr\u00e9tois\u00a0\u00bb, faisant la part belle \u00e0 la consommation abondante de fruits et l\u00e9gumes et de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales. Coupez, \u00e9p\u00e9pinez et d\u00e9taillez le poivron en fines lamelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9pluchez et coupez \u00e9galement l&rsquo;oignon en fines lamelles. D\u00e9posez les l\u00e9gumes d\u00e9taill\u00e9s dans un saladier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajoutez la feta, puis&nbsp;les olives noires.
