Ajoutez le sucre, m\u00e9langez, puis ajoutez la farine tamis\u00e9e petit \u00e0 petit. Versez le lait en mince filet\u00a0et m\u00e9langez de nouveau. Ajoutez enfin les raisins secs\u00a0et le Marsala. R\u00e9servez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beurrez\u00a0votre moule. Pelez les pommes et \u00f4tez-en les trognons. Coupez-les en morceaux et d\u00e9posez-les\u00a0dans votre\u00a0plat.
