Une bouch\u00e9e suffit pour se croire sous les tropiques, entre douceur exotique et fra\u00eecheur fruit\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J\u2019avais envie d\u2019un cake moelleux, simple \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, mais avec ce petit twist qui change tout. La noix de coco apporte une texture fondante et parfum\u00e9e, tandis que le fruit de la passion vient r\u00e9veiller l\u2019ensemble avec sa pointe d\u2019acidit\u00e9 irr\u00e9sistible. R\u00e9sultat ? Un g\u00e2teau ultra \u00e9quilibr\u00e9, ni trop sucr\u00e9, ni trop lourd\u2026 juste parfait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Son secret? Tout est dans l\u2019\u00e9quilibre. La noix de coco peut vite devenir \u00e9c\u0153urante si elle est trop pr\u00e9sente, et le fruit de la passion trop acide s\u2019il n\u2019est pas bien dos\u00e9. Ici, j\u2019ai cherch\u00e9 l\u2019harmonie parfaite : un cake doux et parfum\u00e9, surmont\u00e9 d\u2019un gla\u00e7age l\u00e9ger, juste assez punchy pour r\u00e9veiller les papilles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Petit conseil : laissez bien refroidir le cake avant de glacer. Versez le beurre fondu et m\u00e9langez. Incorporez ensuite les \u0153ufs, un par un. Versez enfin le lait de coco\u00a0et m\u00e9langez bien jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention d&rsquo;une p\u00e2te lisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Versez la p\u00e2te dans&nbsp;un moule \u00e0 cake pr\u00e9alablement beurr\u00e9 et farin\u00e9 et enfournez pour&nbsp;45 minutes de cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A la sortie du four, laissez le cake \u00e0 la noix de coco refroidir compl\u00e8tement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9parez\u00a0alors le gla\u00e7age : Tamisez le sucre glace.
