Lavez et s\u00e9chez le fenouil. Coupez-le en deux, puis \u00e9mincez-le tr\u00e8s finement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites chauffer l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une po\u00eale, puis faites-y fondre les oignons et le fenouil durant quelques minutes, avant de stopper la cuisson. Salez, poivrez et r\u00e9servez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langez le fromage blanc et la cr\u00e8me fraiche. Salez, poivrez et assaisonnez g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement de noix de muscade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 200\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Etalez la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e sur votre plan de travail.
