C&rsquo;est parce que c&rsquo;est tellement bon!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, je vous propose une recette \u00e0 base de viande de porc, de courgette et tomates confites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ce qui concerne la viande de porc, vous pouvez utiliser de la farce si vous le souhaitez. Coupez les tomates confites en petits d\u00e9s. Lavez et s\u00e9chez la demie courgette. Coupez-la \u00e9galement en petits d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites chauffer une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une po\u00eale\u00a0et faites-y dorer l&rsquo;oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9. Ajoutez ensuite la viande hach\u00e9e petit \u00e0 petit et faites revenir l&rsquo;ensemble 5 minutes. Hors du feu, ajoutez la tomate confite, la courgette\u00a0et\u00a0le thym. Salez et poivrez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langez la farine et l&rsquo;eau et r\u00e9servez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9coupez les feuilles de brick&nbsp;en bandes d&rsquo;environ 6 cm de large.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9posez une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de farce sur\u00a0l&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une bande, puis repliez la bande sur elle-m\u00eame en formant un triangle. \u00c9talez un peu du m\u00e9lange eau\/farine, afin de souder le samoussa. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00e9puisement de la farce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Badigeonnez les samoussas d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un pinceau de cuisine, puis enfournez pour 15 minutes de cuisson. Retournez-les \u00e0 mi-cuisson.
