Recouvrez d\u2019un torchon et placez-le au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pour la nuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le lendemain, lavez le filet \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau froide et s\u00e9chez-le soigneusement. &nbsp;Veillez bien \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il ne reste aucune trace de sel. Versez le paprika en poudre dans une assiette et roulez le filet dedans afin de le recouvrir enti\u00e8rement.
