Si vous ne parvenez pas \u00e0 vous en procurez, vous pouvez le remplacer par de la roquette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une vraie touche de fra\u00eecheur pour l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ritif!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"427\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/entrelapoireetlefromage.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Concombres-Farcis-au-Chevre-Frais-Pignons-Tomates-Confites-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15889\" srcset=\"https:\/\/entrelapoireetlefromage.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Concombres-Farcis-au-Chevre-Frais-Pignons-Tomates-Confites-1.png 427w, https:\/\/entrelapoireetlefromage.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Concombres-Farcis-au-Chevre-Frais-Pignons-Tomates-Confites-1-200x300.png 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 427px) 100vw, 427px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temps de pr\u00e9paration: 15 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients: (Pour&nbsp;3 personnes)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 concombre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g de ch\u00e8vre frais<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 g de cresson<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 g de tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 g de pignon de pin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c \u00e0 c d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une dizaine de\u00a0feuilles de basilic frais<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sel, poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavez, s\u00e9chez et pelez les concombres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavez le cresson et le basilic et ciselez-les finement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9mincez la tomate s\u00e9ch\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coupez les concombres en tron\u00e7ons d&rsquo;environ 4 cm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une petite cuill\u00e8re, \u00f4tez-en la chair en prenant soin de laissez environ 5 mm de chair dans le fond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langez le fromage frais, l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, le cresson, le basilic, la tomate s\u00e9ch\u00e9e&nbsp;et les pignons \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une fourchette. Salez, poivrez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Farcissez les tron\u00e7ons de cette pr\u00e9paration et ajoutez une feuille de basilic en guise de d\u00e9coration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servez bien frais.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bonjour \u00e0 tous!
