Pelez et hachez la gousse d&rsquo;ail. R\u00e2pez l&rsquo;Appenzeller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portez un grand volume d&rsquo;eau additionn\u00e9e du gros sel \u00e0 \u00e9bullition dans une casserole. Faites-y cuire les tortellini pendant 2 minutes de moins que le temps indiqu\u00e9 sur le paquet. \u00c9gouttez d\u00e9licatement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 200\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une po\u00eale, faites fondre le beurre. Ajoutez l\u2019ail puis les \u00e9pinards et laissez tomber 2 \u00e0 3 minutes. Ajoutez ensuite la cr\u00e8me, le lait et les 2\/3 de l\u2019Appenzeller. M\u00e9langez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une sauce lisse et cr\u00e9meuse. Assaisonnez avec poivre, sel et une pinc\u00e9e de muscade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez les tortellini \u00e0 la sauce et m\u00e9langez d\u00e9licatement.
