Sa base est semblable \u00e0 celle de nos blettes occidentales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>En chine, &nbsp;il est consomm\u00e9 cru, saut\u00e9, brais\u00e9, ferment\u00e9 ou encore en potage. Ciselez la ciboule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langez la sauce soja, le mirin et le miel, puis ajoutez le gingembre pr\u00e9alablement r\u00e2p\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites chauffer une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9&nbsp;d&rsquo;huile de tournesol&nbsp;dans une po\u00eale et faites cuire les brochettes pendant 5 minutes, en prenant soin de les faire dorer&nbsp;de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, faites chauffer le restant d&rsquo;huile de tournesol avec l&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same dans une po\u00eale et faites-y revenir les cottes du chou pendant 2 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez ensuite les feuilles du chou et la sauce et poursuivez la cuisson 1 minute \u00e0 feu vif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servez les brochettes sur son lit de p\u00e9-tsa\u00ef.
