On recherche des recettes simples, l\u00e9g\u00e8res et pleines de fra\u00eecheur, capables de r\u00e9galer sans alourdir. Ces gambas grill\u00e9es au combava r\u00e9pondent exactement \u00e0 cette envie estivale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marin\u00e9es dans un m\u00e9lange parfum\u00e9 de sauce soja, d&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same, d&rsquo;ail et de combava, elles se pr\u00e9parent en quelques minutes seulement et cuisent tr\u00e8s rapidement. Ajoutez les gambas et enrobez-les bien. Laissez mariner 15\u201320 minutes maximum au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pass\u00e9 ce temps, piquez chaque gambas sur une brochette sur toute sa longueur. Faites pr\u00e9chauffer votre grill ou votre plancha si vous utilisez un de ces appareils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Placez les gambas sur votre plancha (grill ou barbecue) et faites-les cuire 1\u20132 minutes par face, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 coloration dor\u00e9e et chair ferme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Servez imm\u00e9diatement les gambas, accompagn\u00e9es de riz blanc.
