Une explosion de saveurs, simple \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer et 100% v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Le potimarron, avec sa chair douce et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sucr\u00e9e, se marie \u00e0 merveille avec les \u00e9pices chaudes et aromatiques du garam masala. Rincez la coriandre sous un filet d&rsquo;eau froide puis s\u00e9chez-la dans du papier absorbant. Lavez et essorer les pousses d&rsquo;\u00e9pinard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites chauffer un peu d&rsquo;huile dans une po\u00eale et faites-y revenir l\u2019oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9 et faites cuire 3 \u00e0 5 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez l\u2019ail, le garam masala, le cumin et le curcuma. M\u00e9langez 30 secondes \u00e0 1 minute puis ajoutez le potimarron. M\u00e9langez pour bien les enrober d\u2019\u00e9pices. Ajoutez un petit fond d\u2019eau, couvrez 10 \u00e0 15 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le potimarron soit tendre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pass\u00e9 ce temps, ajoutez les pois chiches \u00e9goutt\u00e9s et le lait de coco. Salez, poivrez, puis laissez mijoter 5 \u00e0 10 minutes. Ajoutez les pousses d&rsquo;\u00e9pinard en toute fin de cuisson. Ils ne doivent pas cuire, juste tomber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servez le curry bien chaud, parsem\u00e9 de coriandre fra\u00eeche et de graines de s\u00e9same.
