Ciselez la coriandre et r\u00e2pez le gingembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans une jatte, m\u00e9langez le beurre mou avec&nbsp;les amandes, l\u2019ail , le gingembre, la coriandre&nbsp;et la chapelure. Salez et poivrez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Travaillez le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 la fourchette, afin d\u2019obtenir une farce homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque les palourdes sont ouvertes, sortez-les du feu et d\u00e9posez-les dans un plat allant au four.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Garnissez-les de farce, ajoutez un filet de jus de citron&nbsp;et enfournez pour 3-4 minutes sous le grill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e9gustez aussit\u00f4t.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les vacances sont termin\u00e9es et nous nous retrouvons donc pour de nouvelles conqu\u00eates culinaires!
