Sortez la plaque du four et laissez refroidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Baissez votre four \u00e0 160\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une casserole, faites chauffer le lait et la cr\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hors du feu, ajoutez le chocolat cass\u00e9 en morceaux puis remuez au fouet jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le chocolat soit fondu et que la pr\u00e9paration soir lisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une jatte, battez les \u0153ufs entiers avec le sucre sans faire mousser puis ajoutez la pr\u00e9paration au chocolat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9partissez la pr\u00e9paration dans des ramequins, mettez-les dans un plat \u00e0 four \u00e0 demi rempli d\u2019eau chaude et enfournez au bain-marie pour 20 minutes de cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laissez refroidir puis d\u00e9posez au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pour 2 heures minimum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois refroidies, cassez grossi\u00e8rement les noix de p\u00e9can caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servez les cr\u00e8mes au chocolat accompagn\u00e9es des tuiles de sirop d&rsquo;\u00e9rable aux noix de p\u00e9can.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Voici un dessert qui fait son petit effet.
