En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, la stracciatella est la partie cr\u00e9meuse qui garnie la burrata. Elle agr\u00e9mente donc \u00e0 toutes sortes de pr\u00e9parations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 ici pour une recette aux saveurs sal\u00e9es-sucr\u00e9es en la parant de tranches d&rsquo;oranges sanguines, de miel d\u00e9licatement parfum\u00e9, d&rsquo;\u00e9clats de pistaches torr\u00e9fi\u00e9es et de menthe fra\u00eeche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cette recette, la fra\u00eecheur de l&rsquo;orange sanguine vient \u00e9quilibrer le c\u00f4t\u00e9 un peu gras de la stracciatella et sa saveur acidul\u00e9e est adoucie par le miel parfum\u00e9 aux zestes d&rsquo;orange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En somme, c&rsquo;est une recette fromag\u00e8re pleine de fra\u00eecheur que vous pouvez parfaitement d\u00e9guster en dessert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temps de pr\u00e9paration: 20 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temps de cuisson: 5 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients (Pour 4 personnes):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300 g de stracciatella di bufala<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 oranges sanguines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 c \u00e0 s de miel liquide<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 c \u00e0 c de pistaches concass\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 brins de menthe fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"427\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/entrelapoireetlefromage.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Stracciatella-a-lOrange-Sanguine-Miel-Pistache-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12549\" srcset=\"https:\/\/entrelapoireetlefromage.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Stracciatella-a-lOrange-Sanguine-Miel-Pistache-2.jpg 427w, https:\/\/entrelapoireetlefromage.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Stracciatella-a-lOrange-Sanguine-Miel-Pistache-2-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 427px) 100vw, 427px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Recette:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavez et s\u00e9chez les oranges sanguines. Pr\u00e9levez 4 bandes de zeste d&rsquo;une orange \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un \u00e9pluche-l\u00e9gumes. Puis pelez les oranges \u00e0 vif et coupez-les en rondelles. Rincez la menthe sous un filet d&rsquo;eau froide, puis s\u00e9chez-la sur du papier absorbant avant d&rsquo;en ciseler la moiti\u00e9 (conservez quelques feuilles pour la d\u00e9coration).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portez un petit volume d\u2019eau \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis plongez-y les zestes durant deux minutes. \u00c9gouttez-les puis passez-les sous l\u2019eau froide. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites chauffez le miel additionn\u00e9 des zestes d&rsquo;orange durant 3 minutes \u00e0 feu doux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9partissez la stracciatella dans des assiettes de services. Ajoutez les tranches d&rsquo;oranges sanguines et arrosez de miel parfum\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;orange. Parsemez de pistaches concass\u00e9es, de menthe cisel\u00e9e, de quelques zestes r\u00e2p\u00e9s et ajoutez enfin quelques feuilles de menthe pour d\u00e9corer l&rsquo;ensemble.
