Aujourd&rsquo;hui, il en existe une trentaine de vari\u00e9t\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa petite taille, sa sucrosit\u00e9, sa saveur, tout est r\u00e9uni pour en faire la star de l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ritif  ou agr\u00e9menter les salades les plus gourmandes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Mais aujourd&rsquo;hui, je vous propose de la d\u00e9couvrir cuite, \u00e0 travers cette recette de Tatin d\u00e9licatement parfum\u00e9e au romarin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est incontestablement ma tarte sal\u00e9e pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e! Rincez les tomates cerise et le romarin sous un filet d&rsquo;eau froide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une po\u00eale, faites fondre le beurre avec le sucre et le vinaigre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention d&rsquo;un caramel. Ajoutez les tomates cerise et la branche de romarin. Salez, poivrez et laissez cuire une dizaine de minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pass\u00e9 ce temps, transvasez la pr\u00e9paration dans un moule \u00e0 tarte pr\u00e9alablement recouvert de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Recouvrez avec la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e en prenant soin de bien rabattre les rebords. Percez la p\u00e2te avec la lame d&rsquo;un couteau \u00e0 trois endroits diff\u00e9rents puis enfournez pour 25 minutes de cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la sortie du four, posez un plat sur la p\u00e2te puis retourner la tarte d&rsquo;un geste sec.
