A la sortie du four, les fruits sont d\u00e9licieusement compot\u00e9s et parfum\u00e9s. Pelez les tiges de rhubarbe et coupez-les en petits tron\u00e7ons. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langez les fraises, la rhubarbe, le sucre glace et l&rsquo;extrait de vanille liquide. R\u00e9servez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un saladier, travaillez la farine, le beurre, le sucre de canne et les flocons d\u2019avoine du bout des doigts, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention d&rsquo;une p\u00e2te friable et homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9partissez les fruits dans un plat allant au four puis recouvrez de p\u00e2te \u00e0 crumble. Enfournez pour 30 minutes de cuisson. A la sortie du four, laissez refroidir.
