Et pour l\u2019occasion, je vous propose une nouvelle recette d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la cuisine chinoise et qui s&rsquo;inspire du traditionnel riz cantonnais. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un riz frit aux \u0153ufs, aux petits pois et \u00e0 la poitrine de porc croustillante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Une recette rapide \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser mais qui n\u00e9cessite imp\u00e9rativement que le riz soit cuit la veille, afin qu&rsquo;il soit ferme et sec au moment de la pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tr\u00e8s bonne semaine les gourmands!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temps de pr\u00e9paration:  20 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temps de repos: 12h00<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temps de cuisson: 12 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients (Pour 4 personnes):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>350 g de riz tha\u00ef cuit la veille<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 g de petits pois<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 g de poitrine de porc croustillante<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 c\u00e9bettes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 petit oignon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 gousse d&rsquo;ail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 c \u00e0 s de sauce de soja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 c \u00e0 s d\u2019huile de tournesol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c \u00e0 s d&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c \u00e0 s de graines de s\u00e9same<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"427\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/entrelapoireetlefromage.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Riz-Frit-a-la-Poitrine-de-Porc-Croustillante-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11258\" srcset=\"https:\/\/entrelapoireetlefromage.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Riz-Frit-a-la-Poitrine-de-Porc-Croustillante-2.jpg 427w, https:\/\/entrelapoireetlefromage.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Riz-Frit-a-la-Poitrine-de-Porc-Croustillante-2-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 427px) 100vw, 427px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Recette:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelez et \u00e9mincez l&rsquo;oignon, pelez et hachez la gousse d&rsquo;ail. Battez les \u0153ufs en omelette dans un bol. Rincez les c\u00e9bettes sous un filet d&rsquo;eau froide puis \u00e9mincez-les.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites chauffer 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile de tournesol dans un wok (ou \u00e0 d\u00e9faut une po\u00eale). Lorsque le wok est bien chaud, versez-y les \u0153ufs battus et faites cuire 2 minutes. R\u00e9servez dans une assiette et coupez l&rsquo;omelette obtenue en d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites chauffez le restant d&rsquo;huile de tournesol et faites-y revenir l&rsquo;oignon, l&rsquo;ail, les petits pois et la poitrine croustillante durant 5 \u00e0 6 minutes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez ensuite l&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same, la sauce soja, le riz et les d\u00e9s d&rsquo;omelette.
