Son go\u00fbt est naturellement sucr\u00e9 et subtil, pour un r\u00e9sultat bien gourmand. Joyeux Songkran!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Temps de pr\u00e9paration: 20 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Temps de repos: 1 heure 30 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Temps de cuisson: 25 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingr\u00e9dients (Pour 4 personnes):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 g de riz gluant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>45 g de sucre en poudre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 cl de lait de coco<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 mangues fra\u00eeches<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 c \u00e0 c de sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"427\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/entrelapoireetlefromage.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Riz-Gluant-au-Lait-de-Coco-Mangue-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11087\" srcset=\"https:\/\/entrelapoireetlefromage.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Riz-Gluant-au-Lait-de-Coco-Mangue-3.jpg 427w, https:\/\/entrelapoireetlefromage.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Riz-Gluant-au-Lait-de-Coco-Mangue-3-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 427px) 100vw, 427px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recette:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rincez le riz \u00e0 l\u2019eau claire puis laissez-le tremper 1h dans un saladier d\u2019eau froide. Pass\u00e9 ce temps, rincez de nouveau le riz puis \u00e9gouttez-le durant 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faites cuire le riz \u00e0 la vapeur durant 25 minutes, en prenant soin de le remuer \u00e0 mi-cuisson, afin d&rsquo;assurer une cuisson homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faites chauffer le lait de coco dans une casserole et ajoutez le sel et le sucre en poudre. M\u00e9langez et stoppez la cuisson d\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res \u00e9bullitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque le riz gluant est cuit, m\u00e9langez-le d\u00e9licatement avec le lait de coco et r\u00e9servez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pelez les mangues, coupez-les en deux puis \u00f4tez-en les noyaux. Coupez chaque morceau obtenu en fines tranches. R\u00e9partissez le riz gluant au lait de coco sur des assiettes de service.
