D\u00e9tachez les gousses d&rsquo;ail sans les peler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites chauffer le beurre dans une cocotte et faites-y revenir le r\u00f4ti de porc de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9, sur feu vif. Ajoutez l&rsquo;oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9 et faites revenir durant 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recouvrez de lait, ajoutez les gousses d&rsquo;ail, le thym et le laurier. Salez, poivrez, couvrez la cocotte et faites chauffer \u00e0 feu doux pendant 1h30. Veillez \u00e0 retourner le r\u00f4ti en cours de cuisson afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;accroche au fond de la cocotte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin de cuisson, pr\u00e9levez les gousses d&rsquo;ail, le thym et le laurier. Mixez le jus de cuisson, puis passez-le au chinois. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coupez le r\u00f4ti en tranches et remettez-les dans la cocotte avec l&rsquo;ail.
